Description
In this virtual get-together, Cedefop will present approaches to understand and anticipate the skills needed for the circular and green economy. The focus will be on reviewing different methods for anticipating skills and sharing examples from practice that show how emerging needs can be identified and addressed.
The virtual format is designed to reach a broad audience and allow for interaction with participants. Cedefop will use the session to offer green transition stakeholders insights into how skills needs can be forecast for both the circular and green economy.
The session will also explore how EU skills and vocational education and training tools, such as skills validation and microcredentials, can be used effectively in this context. Interactivity via Slido is planned, and participants will be given access to Cedefop's resources on skills and jobs for the green transition.
