Description
This event is part of the BALTIPLAST project, which focuses on Baltic approaches to managing plastic pollution within a circular economy framework.
Participating pupils will explore different stations across the university, each presenting challenges and hands-on activities that reveal key facts about plastic waste, its environmental impact, and practical ways to reduce the consumption of single-use plastics. Along the way, they will collect clues and complete tasks that reinforce the importance of responsible consumption and proper waste sorting.
In addition, university students will have access to an information stand, where they can learn about the BALTIPLAST project, discover innovative solutions for plastic waste reduction, and receive practical tips on sustainable daily habits. Experts and project representatives will be available to answer questions and provide insights into effective recycling and improved sorting.
This event offers a unique opportunity for both pupils and university students to gain valuable knowledge while having fun, fostering a more sustainable mindset for the future.
