Description
During this workshop, participants will speculate around emerging tech, issues, trends and events related to water and the ocean. The participants will be encouraged to think critically about the present and the future by looking for current and potential future implications of the emerging observations.
The speculation will lead to the creation of an artefact of the future or speculative architecture which could hopefully help coastal cities improve their coastal resilience for potential future scenarios around water.
The targeted audience for this workshop will be the Quadruple Helix Model, inviting government, academia, industry and citizens to participate.
