Andreas PAUER

Andreas Pauer is a principal consultant at Ecorys. He is an experienced project manager, leading assignments from small to large scale  (>2 million euro) and across thematic areas and methodological focus. He focuses on resilient economies, innovation and investment, interregional cooperation and Better Regulation. Example projects under his management include ‘Support to the Management of the Just Transition Platform’, ‘Regional Cooperation for Industrial Modernisation (ReConfirm) Initiative’, and ‘Technical Assistance Facility for Industrial Modernisation and Investment’.

Moreover, he led the cluster actors capacity building work package of the ‘European Cluster Collaboration Platform’ and trained regional representatives on developing sustainable business models for Digital Innovation Hubs under DIHELP.

Andreas currently acts as deputy project manager of the Green Assist Advisory Services contract leading on the request review process and expert matching. At Ecorys Andreas is also in charge of the DG GROW accounts, team leader of the Resilient Economies Team in Brussels and Head of Business Development. Andreas holds three Master degrees covering economics and political science (University of Innsbruck) and European Economic Studies (College of Europe in Bruges).
