Antonella is a sustainability strategist working at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, circular economy, and sustainable finance.
She is the co-founder and leads the production and the communications of the Investing in Regenerative Agriculture podcast and platform, and part of the founding team of Generation-Re, an investment syndicate in the regenerative agriculture and food space aiming at create systems and soil change. She also serves as Project Manager at RegenEarth, where she leads work on the EU-funded AI 4 Soil Health and OGCR initiatives.
Antonella holds a PhD in Circular Economy and is a regular contributor to Materia Rinnovabile magazine and Edizioni Ambiente, two of Italy's leading sustainability publications, writing on business model transitions, healthier agri-food systems, and beyond.
