Harald Tepper leads the Circular Economy and EcoDesign Programs at Philips.

In his work, Harald focuses on decarbonizing healthcare through circularity - in partnership with hospitals, supply chain partners, and governments. Harald is deeply involved in the Dutch National Programs on Circular Economy and Resource Strategy, and, internationally, in the development of the Global Circularity Protocol with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and the UN One Planet Network.
Prior to Philips, Harald worked as Director of the DNA Investigation Department at the Dutch Forensic Institute, as transformation management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and as a scientist in the field of Biomolecular Physics.
