Textile Engineer graduated in 1998, after 5 years experience in the automotive industry, Isabelle joined Decathlon in 2003 as Quality Department Manager at headquarter in Lille.

She spent 11 years managing different departments in the area of product and packaging design, production, quality & laboratory, services departments.

In 2014, she became Sustainability Leader for the group and in 2019 she integrated the Executive Board of the company as Chief Sustainability Officer.
