Jeroen JANSS

Jeroen Janss is the co-founder and co-director of the Inner Green Deal, a non-profit organisation based in Cologne and Brussels. The organisation cultivates skills, collaboration and reconnection to nature to accelerate the green and just transformation.

Jeroen works with large systemic organisations such as the EU and the UN as well as with community leaders and facilitators around the world.  He partners with Lund University Centre for Sustainability Studies (LUCSUS) from Sweden to evaluate impact and contribute to a better understanding of the root causes of the climate crisis and how to address them.  He is a frequent speaker on the human dimension of sustainability and is the founder of the Inner Green Deal podcast, hosting prominent change makers to speak about their leadership journey.

Jeroen has a master’s degree in International Relations and is a former director in a global HR consulting firm. In 2013, he transitioned to become a full-time trainer and leadership development facilitator. He is a certified mindfulness and compassion teacher as well as a certified facilitator of a range of nature-based programs.
