In his role, he partners with farmers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to strengthen competitiveness, accelerate innovation, sustainability and help build future-fit agricultural value chains.
With more than 15 years of international leadership experience across agriculture, procurement, sustainability and operations, Lucas has built a career focused on transforming complex supply chains, mobilizing large-scale partnerships and delivering business results while advancing environmental and social outcomes.
Previously, he led global regenerative agriculture and sustainable sourcing programs across multiple geographies, working with farmers, suppliers, brands, financial institutions, NGOs and public institutions to scale sustainable practices and unlock investment for supply chain transformation. He has also managed strategic sourcing portfolios, supply chain redesign programs and sustainability agendas covering climate, water and circularity.
Lucas is passionate about the role agriculture can play in restoring ecosystems, improving competitiveness and strengthening food security. He brings a practical business perspective on how sustainability can move from ambition to execution at scale.
