After working for 12 years in various positions in the private sector and in the European Court of Justice, Marc Vanderhaegen has joined the European Commission in 1997, where he has taken up various responsibilities related to environment, transport and information management policies.
He is since 2017 the Head of Unit Programme support, Coordination and Communication in CINEA, the Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency of the European Commission.
