Description

The complementarity between food and non-food value chains playing a key role in farmers' businesses resilience will be discussed, as well as the role of the bioeconomy to address food, energy and industrial sovereignty.
The local added value and circularity of plant-based and animal waste-based biogas, hemp and grapewine/wine production will illustrate the diversity positive returns of the bioeconomy for farmers.
Speakers will include economic stakeholders in the farming industry and biobased industry (B4C cluster, Cyclorganic, Champagne wine interbranch, Hemp's European Cluster, Union for Independant Veterinarians) as well as think tanks (Agridées, IDDRI, The Shift Project)
