'Circular challenge' bike rally

Cycling is not only a healthy and eco-friendly alternative to cars, but also a great opportunity to promote the circular economy and sustainable resource management. The 'Circular challenge' bike rally is a unique event that blends physical activity with ecological education. Both individual participants and teams can take part, navigating a designated route full of interactive environmental challenges and tasks.

Each participant will receive a special map marking the locations of checkpoints. At each stop, cyclists will face tasks related to the circular economy, recycling, and environmental protection. They will test their knowledge of resource reuse, waste minimisation, the right to repair, and renewable resources. Participants will also learn how conscious consumer choices impact waste generation and air quality.

Completing the challenges will earn points, and the teams with the highest scores will be awarded during the event’s finale. The rally not only promotes sustainable transport but also emphasises the role of clean mobility in improving air quality. Choosing a bicycle instead of a car is one of the simplest actions to reduce emissions and enhance urban living conditions. This event aligns with broader sustainability goals, encouraging residents to adopt eco-friendly transportation choices.

The rally will conclude with a picnic at the finish line, where participants can relax around a bonfire and enjoy refreshments. During this time, points will be tallied, winners will be announced, and prizes will be awarded to the top teams.
