Description
The topic of the event will be industrial applications of water-related systems developed and validated as EU-funded projects. Frame of these applications could be (but not restricted to): closed-loop systems, technologies for improving water quality in public/industrial WWTPs, systems focused on removal of pollutants (e.g. PFAS), valorization of wastes or waste streams (liquid fractions), production of biogas through wastewater treatment and codigestion processes, etc.
The objective is the dissemination of these novel systems and technologies (including technical, non-technical and general audience), creating some synergies among projects and learning about good practices developed by them. Expected format will be an online workshop (around 20 min per speaker) divided in 3-4 main themes. It’s expected to bring speakers around the EU.
