Description
Water is a fundamental necessity for individuals and industries alike, yet our global water resources are threatened. In response, the next European Commission will launch a 'European Blue Deal'. Currently, 40% of the global population faces water scarcity, and a staggering 80% of wastewater is released untreated into the environment.
Furthermore, water-related disasters account for 90% of all natural disasters, a situation exacerbated by climate change. These challenges, however, are creating a burgeoning demand for innovative water technology solutions.
Danish companies are at the forefront in delivering cutting-edge technologies for clean water. The question now is: how can Denmark, together with the EU, ascend to become a leading power in water technology?
