Description

The workshop intends to bring together young people, youth representatives, and young professionals to discuss how youth work, particularly through volunteering, can foster the green skills essential for zero pollution and circular economy careers, especially in cities.
The event will present the preliminary results of a conducted survey on the impact of youth work on green skills and future careers in zero-pollution sectors. The event will provide an interactive exchange between organizers and as well as youth themselves and collect actionable ideas on how young people can better be supported to develop relevant skills and start their career paths.
The contributions of participants to this interactive policy discussion will help steer the vision for the European Commission’s initiatives to enhance green skills development and facilitate pathways into green careers.
Participants are invited to fill out the registration form by 30 May.
