Stine Lehmann Schack is Head of Responsible Investment Frameworks & Governance in Asset Management at Danske Bank A/S, Copenhagen. With over a decade of experience in sustainable finance regulation, she is responsible for the governance and frameworks underpinning Danske Bank's Responsible Investment Policy and practices, including product design, ESG disclosures, screening processes, and oversight through the ESG Integration Council and Responsible Investment Committee. This includes developing the ESG insights and frameworks applied to private equity and private credit — asset classes increasingly central to the mobilisation of private capital for sustainable investment.
Prior to her current role, Ms Lehmann lead the legal implementation of the EU Sustainable Finance agenda — including the SFDR, EU Taxonomy Regulation, and CSRD — across the Danske Bank Group. She previously held senior roles at Nordea Asset Management and represented the organisation in EFAMA and AMIC. She began her career at leading Danish law firm Gorrissen Federspiel, specialising in banking and finance regulation.
Stine holds a Candidate of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and is a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA). She is an active contributor to industry bodies, including FinanceDenmark.
